Beacause :iconsugarcoatedvengeance: nabbed a spot in this meme [link] . (Chibi request slot things are still open at the time of writing.) She allowed me to pick the subject, so I drew a chibi vampiress posing precociously on a coffin. Mwer.

...Do any vampires still sleep in coffins nowadays? Or become bats? Are wooden stakes and garlic as effective as they were back then? Hmm. *ponders*

Constructively criticize as you please. I'm not satisfied with the highlights on her ribbon and the coffin. I can't figure out how to make reflections on shiny surfaces... Of course, nitpick about anything else if you so desire.

Usually, coffins are only good as hiding places, because it's so obvious that it's NOT obvious, and a stake through the heart is kinda.... Well, lethal no matter who it is, and garlic repels ANYBODY. Vampire or no.
And some vampires can turn into bats if they know magic that lets them. Which humans can learn just as easily. :]

Eeee! So cute! If only all vampires were that cute, then I wouldn't have been afraid of them when I was little.

As for garlic and stakes... Nothing works better than Vampire-B-Gone! protective spray. Says on the can that it's recomended by 5 out of 7 professional vampirologists. Side effects may include temporary or permanent blindness, vampire attraction and insanity. Does not work against werewolves.
